What you can expect of coaching:

The objective of coaching is to help you to be effective in addressing challenges you face and in achieving your stated goals. The measure of success is the benefit you recognise as a result of the coaching – this may be in the form of transforming problems which appear as barriers to you into challenges with a plan of attack or it may be a new resourcefulness in getting after exciting and challenging goals. In any event, success is measured by your view of your increased ability to tackle the issues which were the subject of coaching.
