Why coaching?

Coaching is conducted to help people be effective in addressing the challenges they face and in achieving stated performance goals. The measure of success is the client’s view of the increased performance effectiveness or improved ability to tackle issues or increased clarity of purpose resulting from the coaching. Research shows that coaching delivers a step change in effectiveness.

Who is coaching for?

Anyone who is seeking greater success or clarity of purpose in their professional or personal life. Many business executives, managers/supervisors working in business, teams within organisations and individuals seeking a new direction have benefitted from coaching.
